What our client needed

As Wonderbox expanded its presence across Europe, it required a fulfilment partner capable of supporting its international growth with a fast, agile and highly controlled logistics solution. This was particularly critical in its core markets of France, Switzerland and Belgium, where customer expectations and operational complexity were high.

What we gave them 

To meet these requirements, we configured a dedicated 12,400 sqm warehouse in France to serve as the central hub for Wonderbox’s experience packs. This facility manages the storage and handling of all core components – from gift boxes and flyers to point-of-sale materials – and houses advanced data management infrastructure.

Our technology team implemented secure, hourly dataflows to process orders from multiple sources including retail partners, Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels. Orders received before 2pm are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, with full support for personalisation, including custom messages embedded into key pack elements.

To ensure full control and traceability, we introduced real-time process monitoring and RFID-enabled tracking across all workflows, giving Wonderbox complete visibility and confidence at every stage.
