What our client needed
Our client aimed to expand its product range and elevate customer engagement through personalised pack creation, targeted sampling campaigns and enhanced unboxing experiences. To deliver on this ambition, they needed a partner capable of producing high-quality, flexible pack formats with fast turnaround and precision personalisation. However, their existing co-packing, co-manufacturing and logistics infrastructure limited innovation and efficiency, hindering their ability to scale and optimise.
What we gave them
As a long-standing partner, with over a decade of experience delivering direct marketing and gift box solutions, we were ideally positioned to support this next phase of growth. We established a dedicated 7,500 sqm storage and production facility, combining fully automated robotic lines with hybrid and manual processes for speed, scalability and flexibility.
Using lean manufacturing methods and AI-enabled platforms, we optimised both pack creation and supply chain workflows. This allowed them to respond to fluctuating demand while maintaining control of cost and quality. Full integration with our client’s SAP systems ensured seamless data exchange, end-to-end visibility and robust data integrity.
We supported every stage of the process - from creative design and sourcing of sustainable packaging materials through to managing customs clearance and global distribution. Our centralised fulfilment hub now ships to 84 countries, providing the speed, precision and sophistication required to meet the expectations of our client’s premium customer base.
