Paragon Women's Network

Paragon Women’s Network was launched in 2023 because we want to celebrate all women across the business, enabling them to be the best they can be. The pillars of the Paragon Women's Network are Nurture, Inspire, Mentor and Lead. With these pillars in mind, we have introduced:
- A mentoring programme, designed to provide support and guidance to women at various stages of their careers and lives. We hear from women - and men - who share their own experiences and provide advice on how to overcome obstacles and take on new opportunities
- Inspirational talks both from female colleagues and women from outside the business
- ‘Realising Your Potential’ learning programme designed to help our women think about how they can maximise and achieve their career potential

In partnership with our client, Address Intelligence, on the 12th March Paragon’s Women’s Network (PWN) gathered clients, partners and colleagues at the Oasis Bar in Canary Wharf to celebrate International Women’s Day and bring this year’s theme, “Accelerate Action,” to life.
At the heart of our network is our mission: Inspire, Nurture, Mentor, Lead. The event brought together inspirational women from inside and outside Paragon and we were privileged to hear from an incredible lineup of speakers who shared their journeys, insights and unfiltered experiences. From compelling personal stories to forward-thinking discussions, the day was bursting with energy, passion and a collective drive to break barriers and push for change.
