Our brand activation agency, Twelve, developed Bulldog Skincare’s wellness campaign and established their first-ever partnership with Strava across the UK, France and Germany. Building on this success, in 2025 the activation was extended into a pan-European Ironman partnership, delivering a fully integrated experience programme across 22 events. Our scope spanned the complete activation journey, from expo and finish line experiences to gamification, staffing, merchandise, build and logistics, creating a consistent and impactful brand presence across Europe.
