What our client needed

Molson Coors asked us to support a Staropramen promotional campaign, which saw 35,000 tankard glasses offered free to their customers with purchased packs.

What we gave them

We provided an end-to-end solution, linking all elements of the process; creating unique reference numbers for the promotional packs which allowed verification. We built the microsite for the prize claim entries and provided data management of entries in compliance with GDPR. We produced packaging and outer despatch box for the tankard and managed the storage, fulfilment and distribution of the prizes.

What was the impact

We created 850,000 unique reference numbers and had the microsite prepared ahead of the agreed launch date. Deployment was brought forward as the product made its way onto shelves ahead of time, and we were in a position to deploy. All 35,000 tankards were redeemed in just 8 weeks. The competition then switched to a prize draw so customers could be in with a chance to win a tankard. The prize draw attracted over 63,000 entries in total.

We also worked with the Staropramen team on rebranding an outdoor terrace area at new bar in Cardiff, ahead of its launch night. We were asked to manage the full rebrand from site survey, through to initial design concepts and final installation. We delivered a stunning illuminated brand space in time for the venue’s opening night.
