What our client needed

Hallmark needed a trusted European partner to support the growth of its eCommerce channel and increase the personalisation of its product range. This required secure data management, flexible storage and postage solutions, and high-quality print capabilities - all delivered at scale, with complete compliance.

What we gave them 

We developed a scalable, integrated fulfilment solution, using REST API connectivity to securely link with Hallmark’s eCommerce systems. This enables seamless processing of personalised Print on Demand (POD) products - including cards, letters, and flyers - alongside fully managed fulfilment services.

Each unique card is produced daily on our state-of-the-art digital presses. As part of a sophisticated fulfilment process, personalised cards are accurately matched with selected gifts to create a tailored and high-quality customer experience. Packing, distribution and labelling are executed with precision, underpinned by rigorous data management and compliance standards at every step.

To support Hallmark’s sustainability goals, the solution includes efficient transportation processes and carbon-conscious logistics. Fulfilment is managed from our UK and Netherlands sites, providing pan-European coverage and the scalability required to support Hallmark’s growing eCommerce operations in parallel with its retail business.
